RPK200194: RayPack 4.0 Patch 1

This patch contains several improvements and fixes for known issues.

Highlights:

PackDesigner

• Pressing F1 in the Tables View with active table selection opens the associated help file for that table

PackRecorder

• Spinner buttons for registry and INI settings have been added

PackBench

• Default run folders are now created automatically when a new run is created
• When creating a new run and selecting an MSI file as a target, the supporting files are also copied to the target folder
• Standard RayFlow properties are now automatically mapped to the correct datafields
