Highlights:

• It is now possible to run RayFlow functions on systems where MD5 is disabled by FIPS policy. [RSC-678]
• Log configuration has been unified across all products. In addition, we updated log4net to version 2.0.14 to close the security vulnerability described in CVE-2018-1285. [RSC-701] [RSC-711]
• Improved performance and stability of the SCCM Deployment wizard. [RPK-4414]
• Added support for the full German localization. [RTS-2435]
