RVY200731: Known Issue: RayVentory Data Hub agent installation fails due to missing ASP.NET Core Runtime

Affected versions: 

RayVentory DataHub 12.x

Description: 

Installation of .NET Core 3.1 Runtime is a software prerequisite for Ray Ventory Data Hub Agent as described in the installation guide, but It is not sufficient for using the agent.

Workaround:

Instead of the stand-alone version of .NET core 3.1 Runtime, the Microsoft .NET Core 3.1 - Windows Server Hosting Bundle must be installed.
