RVY200664: Known Issue: Zendesk Collector does not work

Description:

Data collection using the task “Zendesk” can end up with the following error:

Process exited with exit code 1

Users: Skipping page 14 due to errors: [Instantiation of [simple type, class com.aspera.dev.stc.connectors.zendesk.support.domain.User] value failed for JSON property email due to missing (therefore NULL) value for creator parameter email which is a non-nullable type.|Users: Stop paging after 1 failed pages.

Workaround:

There is currently no workaround for this issue.
