Issue:
The inventory import will fail to import an inventory where a hardware element contains properties with a name but null value (not the empty string but none/null).
Provided files:
RMS-4117.zip
- DotNet\bin\ManageSoft.Inventory.Import.Plugin.dll (version 11.0.0.9523)
- DotNet\bin\ManageSoft.Implementation.Configuring.ConfApi.dll (version 11.0.0.9523)
Instructions:
Copy the provided files into installation folder [RMS-INSTALLDIR]
Notes:
- Always make sure to have a backup of your executables before applying any hotfix.
- Binary files downloaded from internet may be automatically blocked by SmartScreen, which may cause the product won't start. To ensure that SmartScreen does not affect the file, right click it in Windows Explorer and select appropriate option to unblock it, if visible.
