RayManageSoft 12.0 with Security Patch Managment installed

This hotfix addresses the following issue:
- RMS-4927: Update Database in SecurityPatchManagement fails with following error message:
DownloadFailed: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=74689 The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

Instructions:
1. Close RayManageSoft Administration Console application
2. Copy over files from the /Files folder to the install location of RayManageSoft console.
Notes:
Always make sure to have a backup of your executables before applying any hotfix.
Binary files downloaded from the internet may be automatically blocked by SmartScreen, which may cause the product won't start. To ensure that SmartScreen does not affect the file, right click it in Windows Explorer and select the appropriate option to unblock it, if visible.
