Q201056: The list for User Access Level (UAC) get full after a while if a task is not performed by the system account

Symptoms

The list for User Access Level (UAC) get full after a while if a task is not performed by the system account

Cause

The Deployment Manager scheduled tasks like "process Deployment Manager distribution jobs" or "process remote tasks" are normally run very frequent (by default, every minute) and run by System account. However, before Deployment Manager 8.4, if these tasks are run by an user account, each time the task run it will add an entry in the list for User Access Level (UAC), so quickly the UAC list will be full and the processes will stop running.

Resolution

Upgrade to Deployment Manager 8.4 or later or run the scheduled tasks with system account.
