Enterprise Deployment Suite
Enterprise Deployment Suite 8.0 supports SQL Server 2008 as an alternative database platform (in addition to the existing support for SQL Server 2000 and 2005). Releases prior to 8.0 are not supported with SQL Server 2008.
A version of the SQL Server detection plug-in for the ManageSoft inventory agent that includes capability to detect and collect information about SQL Server 2008 is also available. See Knowledge Base article 100845 for additional information on this plug-in component.
Enterprise Compliance Manager
Enterprise Compliance Manager 8.1 and later supports SQL Server 2008 as an alternative database platform (in addition to the existing support for SQL Server 2005). Releases prior to 8.1 are not supported with SQL Server 2008.
ManageSoft IT Business Intelligence
No plans for supporting ManageSoft IT Business Intelligence on SQL Server 2008 have been announced at this time. Please contact your ManageSoft account manager if you have any need for support for this configuration.
