Symptoms
RayManageSoft is unable to write registry keys to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes on Windows 7 machines.
Cause
This may be due to the write access permission for "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\TypeLib" with write access is only granted to group "TrustedInstaller".
Workaround
There are three options to workaround this issue:
1) Using a signed installshield or msi installer to set the registry keys
2) Using a vbscript to adjust the permissions on the key, make the change and then revert them back.
