Q210118: EDS only looks in the 32 bits registry for uninstall registry keys

Symptoms

Currently deployment manager can't check theregistry keys in a 64 bit part of the registry on a 64 bits machine (ie. HKLM\Software\Microsoft), it will only check the 32 bit part of the registry (ie HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft), so the system will not function properly if a package relies on the installation agent to check registry keys on the 64 bits path.

Workaround

Always provide the product codes for the 64 bits MSI applicatons. As the deployment manager installation agent will function properly by directly inquery the MSI database using the product codes of the applications.
