Symptoms
During install error received saying:
error: (s169m540)
The Packaging could not be loaded.
This is because the module "C:\Program Files\ManageSoft\Packer\ndpme.dll" could not be loaded from disk
Unspecified error (s0m16389)
Cause
This is usually caused because the Deployment Manager installation is a newer version than the Managed Device installation. This is a problem because all components on the admin server should be the same version.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, please uninstall or upgrade the Managed Device agent software so that all components on the admin server are the same version.
