RPK200416: RayPack cannot connect to Rayflow Server if TLS 1.0 is disabled

Applicable version:

• RayPack Version 5.2
• PackBench Version 5.2

Issue:

RF-4344: RayPack, PackBench and other RayPackStudio Tools cannot connect to Rayflow Server via HTTPS.

The requests of the tools are blocked in the IIS. This happens when TLS 1.0 has been disabled on the server.
