[KOT-153] [KOT-194] Fixed faulty parameter assertion on apiKey, username and password in the HCL BigFix connector. [KOT-186] Fixed unknown fields parentName and parentId and turned the businessUnits to be optional in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
