Performance Improvements

This version has several improvements for both frontend and backend components.

• We improved the speed of search index updates, so that the results are indexed faster, and some previously long-running operations now finish faster. [RCAT-937]

• Long lists of fingerprints and vulnerabilities on product pages now load in pages for faster performance. [RCAT-1012]

Bug Fixes

• Filtering and search are now more reliable across Hardware Fingerprints, Recognition Level, Software Fingerprint Tags, Hardware Model details, and the Software page, and data accuracy has improved for deleted-version references, usage statistics, recognition responses, end-of-sale dates, classification codes, and popularity counts. Loading speed and validation have also improved for tag-filtered fingerprints, the dashboard, fingerprint assignment, hardware recognition testing, consolidation messaging, high-volume uploads, and update notifications. • Two-way relationships between products are now more consistent and reliable across merges, publisher reassignments, synchronization, and the Edit Product dialog, with smoother handling when adding, editing, or removing them.

• Synchronization now detects date conflicts more accurately, runs are coordinated so only one executes at a time, and overall reliability has improved.

• Vulnerability detail pages now load faster, background data updates run more reliably with improved accuracy.

• Merging publishers and products is now cleaner and more reliable, including duplicate-name checks, preserving the "featured" setting, the hardware model merge form, license handling, and Merge Requests information.

• Data entry and integrity across the catalog have improved, including UNSPSC locking, Parent Product validation, edition information, software and logo uploads, parent version selection, version archiving, model/version validation, offline uploads, snapshot downloads, license removal speed, product type sorting, data consolidation, and form spacing.

• Username and API token entry now validates whitespace more strictly, search ranking settings are properly restricted to admin users, and group management shows clearer errors and works more reliably.

• Software page search now returns results reliably from the first query, product identifiers (CPE strings) are generated more accurately, and empty-filter handling, ECCN table filtering, and Operations view processing have all improved.

• Several display and usability details have been polished, including context menu styling, a steadier parent version list while scrolling, a right-click sort menu, refined spacing, a clearer checkmark tooltip, more accurate row selection when filtering, and platform icon tooltips.
