RN200950: Release Notes: Raynet One Data Hub 14.1.6351.198 [Update 4]

RN200950: Release Notes: Raynet One Data Hub 14.1.6351.198 [Update 4]

Type: Full Product
Purpose/Description: New Feature

Data API Now Supports Sorting by Column [RREP-470]
In the ResultDatabase endpoint of the Data Table API, it is now possible to define a sorting column using the new sortColumn parameter. This allows results to be ordered by the specified column without changing the existing request structure or data handling.

Support for Technology Catalog 2025.2 Data Structures RREP-483
The Technology Catalog connector now supports a new set of tables to represent upstream/downstream relationships between product versions. This enables improved handling of complex versioning scenarios, including:
  •  General (masked) vs. specific product versions of the same product
  •  Different publishers or distributors across related releases
  •  Platform-specific variations, including changes to package type or pURL structure

This enhancement improves data accuracy for use cases such as SBOM tracking. While this version of Data Hub is technically ready to process the new structure, data will be rolled out gradually across supported products.

This change requires Technology Catalog version 2025.2. This feature is already supported by Raynet Cloud instances users.

Other Improvements

  • Improved constant values for vCenter VM device CPU columns in Data Transformation. [RREP-467]

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed an issue where uninitialized variables in SQL macros caused errors in Transformations. [RREP-318]
  • Resolved a problem where the Transformation steps table did not update after importing or editing JSON manually. [RREP-404]
  • Fixed Join step display issue where step sources were not visible. [RREP-406]
  • Addressed an error occurring during Enrich and Normalize Software Information tasks. [RREP-416]
  • Removed obsolete IsDeleted column from the "Transformation" table. [RREP-425]
  • Corrected the CVE matching process to ensure vulnerabilities are matched directly from the device rather than from associated software. This change reduces false positives in cases where different versions of the same product family are installed across devices. [RREP-465]
  • Fixed an issue where the Software Summary in Data Transformation always displayed an InstalledOn count of 0. [RREP-466]
  • Resolved discrepancies in user transformation tables. [RREP-472]
  • Fixed an issue where the Docker agent could get stuck running Python tasks. [RREP-510]
  • Addressed a problem where the Catalog Connector did not send fingerprint device count data. [RREP-488]
  • Resolved display issues in the MariaDB EOL/EOS dashboard. [RREP-323]
