RFL200119: RayFlow.Client 3.3

Highlights:

• Improved User Interface
• The Copy Web Link feature allows a user to directly copy the URL of a task from the client
• Apache log4net tool has been integrated in this release
• My Appointments view shows all the appointments of the currently logged in user
• Modified Connection Behavior

• RF-2632: Project Manager cannot edit foreign appointments
